DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

For delivery of non-personalised items, we will try and despatch your orders within 48 hours so they should arrive with you within 3-5 working days of order. All items are sent Royal Mail 1st Class.

If your order requires personalisation, please allow 7-10 days. Please state if your order is urgent and we will do our best to send it out sooner.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery . The item must be in a saleable, new condition. You are responsible for postage costs for any returned items. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over £50, we advise you use a signed for service.

Please note however, we do not refund any items bought in a sale or flash sale unless it is faulty.

Please note that where an item has been hand painted , the paint will naturally wear and chip over time. Be gentle with you bags... they will last a long time!
